GREEN SUPER SMOOTHIE

For the uninitiated, green smoothies can be arduous to drink. You’re thinking, yes, I know greens and green powders are good for me, but they taste disgusting! So, I’ll let you into a little secret; just add mint, bananas and cashews, and a little @loving_earth Coyo yogurt. My hard-core sister drinks green smoothies without any of these ‘helpers’, but I still cannot. If you can’t handle adding the green powders, omit or choose to add just one and rotate to use a different one each day. When you read the benefits of just some of the foods in the Green Super Smoothie, it’s worth a try. Good luck!
